We are pleased to announce that landmax.pro now has a dynamic document capability, which means it can handle documents that can change based on their content.
When generating a template letter, information held within landmax.pro – for example the landlord’s address – can be merged with that letter, automatically adding data without the need for further typing. This is good if you want to standardise your company documents.
Most software providers can do this, but this is not really the impressive part of the feature.
In landmax.pro you can create a document – say a tenancy agreement – that changes its content based on the information merged with it.
For example, a tenancy is created whereby the landlord is responsible for rent. When generating the document, landmax.pro checks to see if the tenancy is “let-only” and changes the payment details to the landlord’s.
It does not even need to be merged information that triggers the changes, it can also be related data from your landmax.pro account.
For example, if the tenants within the agreement are students, then additional student clauses are automatically added.
Furthermore, content from anywhere on the web can be added to a document and its output will be altered based on the document data.
A good example is pin-pointing a location on a google map and inserting a static image of this within a document based on the address information. The document adds this automatically.
Imagine a one-click tenancy agreement that does not require editing or multiple versions. Just one document that can alter certain responsibilities based on – for example – features of the property. Avoid human error and programme your rules into the tenancy.
Try the default “Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement” within landmax.pro on both let-only and management tenancies, and see how the content changes.
You can use the default documents in the system or you can copy or create your own. The only limit for these magical documents, is your imagination.
